During my childhood my family went camping every summer, all across the country. I’m sure this played a part in my love and appreciation for the many, many beautiful places we have in this great country. Among my strongest memories of beautiful places while traveling are South Dakota, Montana, and California.

Photographing nature’s beauty.
What do you do when you’re not enjoying our public lands?
I have a regular 7-4 job and I take care of my mom.
Why is the Grand Canyon special to you?
The Grand Canyon is such an amazing, beautiful, and AWEsome place. I’ll never get tired of going there. There will always be something new and beautiful to notice.
How did you first learn about the Grand Canyon?
My first visit to the Grand Canyon was when I was a child, traveling and camping with my family.
Any other favorite spots you recommend?
Some of my other favorite places in Arizona include Flagstaff (hiking around the San Francisco Peaks), Grand Falls (near Flagstaff), and Sedona.
